How to Deposit to Your Pacific Poker Account

How Do I Increase My Deposit Limits?

Please follow these steps to increase your Deposit Limits:

1. Start the Pacific Poker program;
2. Choose "Money Play";
3. Enter your Money Play Username and Password and click "Login";
4. From the Pacific Poker Lobby, click on the "Cashier";
5. Once in the Cashier, click on "Cash Out";
6. Click on the "Confirm Your ID" button, on the left;
7. Print the Deposit Limit Increase Request form;
8. Enter the information requested on the form.
   Be sure to include your Money Play Username, so that we can locate your Pacific Poker Account;
9. Fax the form (Fax numbers provided below) to Pacific Poker, and please include the following documentation:
   1. A copy of your Photo ID (Passport, Driver's License or the equivalent);
   2. A copy of a Utility Bill, contract or invoice that includes your name and address;
   3. Front and back copies of the Credit Card(s) that you wish to confirm;
   4. A signed declaration with the details of your recent Deposits to Pacific Poker.
10. Send your fax to the appropriate number below:
    1. Toll-Free from the US & Canada: 1-888-416-3156;
    2. From all other countries (toll call): +350-79134.
11. Please note: If you have these documents available in scanned digital format, you may Email them directly to: docs@pacificpoker.com
12. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive correspondence by Email regarding your request to increase your Deposit Limits (if you have supplied us with your correct Email Address).
