How to Cash Out

What is Pacific Poker's Cash Out Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, Pacific Poker makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following is an explanation of how the Cash Out process works and Pacific Poker's Cash Out Policy:

At Pacific Poker, the method(s) by which we pay your Cash Out is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your Deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those Deposit(s).

When you Deposit to your Pacific Poker Account by Credit, Charge or Debit Card, ePassporte, INSTADEBIT, FirePay or NETELLER, you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Cash Out Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

When you request a Cash Out, if possible, your Cash Out will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/Debit Card **Exceptions below).

For example:

  1. On Monday you Deposit $50 by Visa Credit Card;
  2. On Wednesday you Deposit $50 by NETELLER;
  3. On Thursday you Deposit another $50 by Visa Credit Card;
  4. On Saturday you Deposit $50 by FirePay;
  5. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $200:
    1. $100 on Visa Credit Card;
    2. $50 on FirePay;
    3. $50 on NETELLER.
  6. On Sunday you request a $400 Cash Out.

The first $200 of your Cash Out (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in the following manner and order of priority:

  1. $100 will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s)(please see Credit/Debit Card **Exceptions below);
  2. $50 will be paid to your FirePay Account;
  3. $50 will be paid to your NETELLER Account;
  4. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $0.

Your $200 "Remaining Cash Out Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Cash Out Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

  1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $5,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day, where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card **Exceptions below), or;
  2. Solo and/or Switch/Maestro Debit Card(s) (if you have Deposited to your Casino Account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
  3. ePassporte (if you have Deposited to your Casino Account by this payment method in the past), or;
  4. FirePay (if you have Deposited to your Casino Account by this payment method in the past), or;
  5. NETELLER (if you have Deposited to your Casino Account by this payment method in the past), or;
  6. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
  7. Bank Draft (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
  8. Credit Card Bank Wire (if you have Deposited to your Casino Account by this payment method in the past - available to our Members with Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Cards and UK Bank Accounts only).

Legend:

  • * = Member Transaction Balance (see Cash Out Policy below for definition).
  • ** = Credit/Debit Card Exceptions (see next section below).
  • *** = Remaining Cash Out Balance (see Cash Out Policy below for definition).

Please note: Credit/Debit Card **Exceptions

(Non-Credit Card users please skip below to the next section of this document):

**Visa Credit Card Cash Outs: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards, Pacific Poker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to Visa Credit/Debit Cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), Pacific Poker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to certain Visa Credit/Debit Cards. Therefore, Deposits made using these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards will not accumulate toward the *Member Transaction Balance (see Cash Out Policy below). Members who have Deposited to their Pacific Poker Accounts via these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Cash Outs according to section three (3) of the Cash Out Policy, below.

Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where Visa Credit/Debit Card issuers do not permit Cash Outs to be paid to Visa Credit/Debit Cards:

**MasterCard/Eurocard Cash Outs: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards, Pacific Poker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards. Members who have Deposited to their Pacific Poker Accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Cash Outs according to section three (3) of the Cash Out Policy, below.

Please note the following important Cash Out information (pertinent to Credit Card and Non-Credit Card users):

Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, Cash Out Payment Credits will posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your Deposit(s) to your Pacific Poker Account.

If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

  • The minimum allowable Wire Transfer Cash Out is $20.
  • The minimum allowable Bank Draft, Credit Card Bank Wire, ePassporte, FirePay or NETELLER Cash Out is $5.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your Cash Out request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits to your Pacific Poker Account.
